Anders Moen

Anders Moen has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as Director of Recruiting, Manning, Industrial- and Employee Relations at ConocoPhillips since December 2006. Previous roles at ConocoPhillips include Director of Manning and Director of Industrial- and Employee Relations, along with positions as Recruiting Manager and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to ConocoPhillips, Anders Moen worked as HR & Administration Manager at Dolphin Drilling and held various HR roles at Schlumberger and Smedvig, where a progression from HR Coordinator to HR Manager was achieved. Anders Moen's educational background includes a Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School and studies at the University of Bergen and the University of Stavanger, along with completing officers' training at Befalsskolen for Infanteriet i Sør-Norge.
