Performance Optimization Engineering Lead

Casey Shoemaker is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in research and development, currently serving as a Research and Development Engineer at Los Alamos National Laboratory since 2018. In addition, Casey has been the Performance Optimization Engineering Lead at ConocoPhillips since August 2011, leading an operations team to enhance performance consistency across multiple units while overseeing optimization projects.
