David Cramer

David Cramer is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in well stimulation and hydraulic fracturing. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Fellow in the Global Completion Engineering department at ConocoPhillips since December 2007, David has mentored over 35 engineers and coordinated completion programs across various unconventional plays, including the Eagle Ford and Bakken. Prior to this role, David was an Engineering Fellow and Region Technical Manager at BJ Services, where management and training of technical personnel in well stimulation technology were key responsibilities. David's career began at Western Company of North America, where David designed cementing and fracturing treatments and implemented a quality assurance methodology. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rutgers College.
