David Talbot

David Talbot has over three decades of experience in the information technology sector, primarily with ConocoPhillips since June 2001, where various roles include Manager of Compute & Storage, and Director of Cloud Enablement, Client Computing, and Customer Support Services. Responsibilities have encompassed the development of technical roadmaps, assessment of emerging technologies, and formulation of strategic IT plans. Prior to that, David Talbot worked at Conoco UK Ltd. from April 1991 to May 2001 in multiple analytical and supervisory positions within commercial, downstream services, and content management areas.
