Donna Bode

Donna Bode is an experienced tax professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. With a career spanning over three decades, Donna currently serves as a Tax Administration Officer and Manager of State Income Tax at ConocoPhillips since August 2014. Prior to this role, Donna held the position of Manager Income Tax at BOK Financial from May 2006 to August 2014, managing various income tax projects with a focus on state income tax and tax accounting. Earlier experience includes serving as Income Tax Manager at CITGO Petroleum, where responsibilities encompassed state income tax compliance and audit management, as well as federal income tax compliance. Donna began her career at Ernst & Young as an Income Tax Senior from January 1992 to April 1994.
