Eric Thomas, CPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, primarily within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as HR Manager for ConocoPhillips in Qatar since August 2017, Eric has previously held roles including HR Business Partner and Workforce Planning Specialist at Cenovus Energy. Eric's tenure at ConocoPhillips also includes positions as HR Advisor in Talent Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Recruitment, focusing on enhancing workforce effectiveness and talent acquisition.
