Heather Morrow

Heather Morrow is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Executive Officer in the Alaska Army National Guard since February 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing unit readiness, efficiency, and daily operations. Prior to this role, Heather served as the Battalion Chemical Officer, advising on CBRN operations and training, and as a Rifle Platoon Leader, managing crew-served weapons and task delegation. Concurrently, since December 2017, Heather has worked as a Sourcing & Contracting Coordinator at ConocoPhillips, where key duties encompass contract management, supplier qualification, and performance management. Previous experience includes roles at ASRC Energy Services, Inc. as an Inventory Coordinator and Warehouse Lead, alongside management at Boys & Girls Clubs-Alaska. Heather holds a Master of Arts in Military Operations: Supply Chain Logistics and Geography from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
