John Williams

John Williams is an accomplished procurement leader with extensive experience in aviation solutions, currently serving as the Aviation Procurement Lead at ConocoPhillips since August 2012. Prior to this role, Williams held positions as a Systems Engineering and Technical Advisor at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and as a Reconnaissance Officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency. Williams' military background includes serving as a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy, where responsibilities included Mission Commander and various instructional roles. Additionally, Williams has experience in executive support within the Office of Management and Budget and a brief role as a Legislative Intern for a member of Congress. Academically, Williams holds a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Texas A&M University.
