Lance Raymond

Lance Raymond has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily with ConocoPhillips since June 2013, where current roles include Control Room/Steam Generation and Utilities Operator at Surmont 2, along with previous positions as a Well Pad Operator and Bitumen Treatment/Wa water Treatment Operator. Lance was instrumental in the commissioning and start-up team that achieved the first oil at Surmont 2. Prior to this, experience includes working as a Steam Plant Operator and Oil Battery Operator at Shell from 2007 to 2013, and earlier positions as a Well Tester at Weatherford and Practicum Student at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Education includes a degree in Power Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnic.
