Mark Holly

Mark Holly is currently the Water Superintendent at ConocoPhillips, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, they worked as a contractor for ConocoPhillips and served as the Water Manager for Concho Resources in the Delaware Basin from 2013 to 2018. Mark also accumulated experience as a Business Development Specialist at Oilfield Labs of America, LLC in 2020, and as a Sourcing Manager at Hanging H Ranch from 2019 to 2020. In 2019, they held the position of Director of Water Sourcing at SwiftWater - A TETRA Company, and briefly worked in Marketing & Development at WTWS.
