Mark Watson is currently a Supervisor in Completions Real-Time Operations at ConocoPhillips, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as Supervisor of Completions Planning & Systems from 2022 to 2024 and held various roles as a Senior Completions Engineer in both the Permian and Montney regions, as well as a Completions & Intervention Engineer at Surmont. Mark began their career at ConocoPhillips as a Production Engineer at Surmont from 2013 to 2014. They earned a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Oil and Gas Studies from Memorial University of Newfoundland, completing their degree in 2013.
