Paul Stuart

Paul Stuart has extensive experience in regulatory coordination, financial analysis, and leadership, primarily within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Regulatory Coordinator at ConocoPhillips since April 2011, Paul handles compliance with DOT/PHMSA regulations, prepares Applications for Permit to Drill, and collaborates with asset teams to address regulatory concerns. Prior roles at ConocoPhillips include Senior Disbursements and Reporting Coordinator, Canadian Leadership Team Advisor, and Canadian Production and Revenue Senior Analyst. Additionally, Paul served as a City Council Member in Bartlesville from December 2018 to December 2022 and held positions at IBM as a Severance and Conservation Tax Analyst and Production and Revenue Analyst. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, with additional educational experience from Mount Royal University and The University of Tulsa.
