Qi Ma is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in chemical engineering, specializing in LNG plant design and olefin process design. Currently serving as Supervisor of LNG Engineering at ConocoPhillips since February 2008, Qi Ma focuses on the ConocoPhillips Optimized Cascade LNG process and oversees various phases such as PreFEED, FEED, and EPC. Previously, as a Senior Principal Engineer at Lummus Technology from November 1997 to January 2008, Qi Ma led process design for ethylene and MTO projects. Earlier roles include process engineering positions at Fluor Daniel, Inc., where feasibility studies and detailed engineering for aromatics and chemical plants were conducted, and at SINOPEC, focusing on catalyst development and project management. Qi Ma's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from both Oklahoma State University and Tianjin University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Tianjin University.
