Stephen Watson

Stephen Watson is an experienced professional with over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Production Coordination Team Leader at ConocoPhillips since September 2011. In this role, Stephen oversees a team responsible for managing site maintenance and ensures the safe execution of work processes. Additionally, since 2020, Stephen has taken on the role of Competency Assurance Coordinator and Trainer, focusing on the training and development needs of team members. Prior to this, Stephen worked as a Production Technician and Process Operator on an LNG plant after completing an Oil and Gas Production Apprenticeship at the TTE Technical Training Centre.
