Tommy Yang

Tommy Yang has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, beginning as an Area Manager at GE Contractual Services/GE Int'l Shekou from February 1998 to May 2000, overseeing projects with major clients such as ACT Operators Group and Phillips China Inc. Following this, Tommy worked as a Buyer at ConocoPhillips from June 2000 to June 2002, focusing on sourcing materials and services for drilling operations, which included supplier prequalification and bid evaluations. Since July 2002, Tommy has served as a Senior Contract Specialist at ConocoPhillips, supporting capital projects in China, including the Bohai Phase II Development Project and managing EPCI contracting and administration. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, earned between 1980 and 1984.
