Will James

Will James has over two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily with ConocoPhillips since May 2000. Currently serving as EPC Services Supervisor and Principal Process Engineer, Will oversees process design for licensed projects involving the COP Optimized Cascade Process. Previous roles include Lead Process Engineer and Start-Up Supervisor for the Bohai Phase II FPSO project, where responsibilities extended from detailed design to commissioning in multiple locations, including China and Singapore. Will also worked as a Process Engineer for the Bohai Phase II assets and served as a Process/Facility Engineer at the Acadia Gas Plant in Louisiana. Early career experience includes roles as an Engineer and Engineer Intern within Conoco, as well as a Summer Engineer Intern at Monsanto. Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, completed in 2001.
