Matt Lepard

Matt Lepard has over 25 years of experience in the business industry. In 1995, they began working as a Finance Manager at Johnson Controls. In 2000, they took on the role of Partner/GM at EST Testing Solutions. In 2006, they became the Director of Business Development at TUV SUD America. In 2007, they were the Founding Partner/President of Load N Lock Systems, Inc., which was acquired by the Eastern Company. In 2012, they co-founded and served as CEO of Conpoto, a software that streamlines and facilitates local commerce. In 2019, they became a Partner at Composite Builders, LLC. In 2018, they began working as Principal at Lepco Holdings, LLC and in 2021, they began working as Principal at eMpulse Test Systems.

Matt Lepard attended Albion College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management.
