I know that pressure firsthand.

Leadership development became the consistent thread in my work long before I formally stepped into coaching. I was developing leaders in community spaces and guiding teams through complexity in my communications roles. I went on to earn advanced certifications and founded Conquer Leadership to formalize this work.

Since then, I’ve advised hundreds of senior leaders through organizational change. Titles shift and strategies evolve - but how a leader shows up under pressure determines trust, alignment, and performance.

Most organizations begin with my Values-Based Leadership session - a focused 3-hour workshop where leaders identify their core values and develop a clear Leadership Vision Statement to guide how they communicate, make decisions, and lead their teams.

From there, we extend the work through strengths and emotional intelligence development, ensuring those insights translate into consistent behaviour. The result is stronger leadership presence, clearer communication, and better team alignment.

I hold a Master of Communications Management (McMaster–Syracuse) and certifications in Maxwell Leadership, Gallup CliftonStrengths, and EQi 2.0. Over the past decade, I’ve led leadership development initiatives and 1:1 coaching engagements with organizations and individuals working at Deloitte, Toronto Police Service, AMCTO, and multiple municipalities across Ontario.
