Joseph Vollmer has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Joseph began their career as a Student Athlete at East Tennessee State University, where they were part of back to back SOCON Conference championship teams. In 2017, they worked as a Sales Associate at Nike, where they led the store in online sells and signed up over 100 people per week for a Nike Plus membership. In 2018, they were promoted to Business Account Manager at Cellular Sales after only 6 months, where they managed over 50 business accounts with over 400 lines and was the #1 business account manager for 2018 in East Tennessee. In 2019, they worked as an Outside Sales Representative at Pro Chem Inc. In 2020, they worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Eli Lilly and Company, managing in-office and field sales calls to educate and influence customers while building product sales. In 2021, they worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at Talroo, negotiating annual contracts on a pay per click model for job postings across 3,500 partner job boards with C-suite level decision makers at enterprise level companies and marketing and selling solutions and services to stakeholders across multiple levels of organization. Currently, they are an Enterprise Account Executive at both Conquer and Red Marker.
