TJ Smith has held various roles in the healthcare industry for over 40 years. Starting in 1981, they worked as a Cardiopulmonary Specialist at Parkview Memorial Hospital. In 1990, they moved to Reid Hospital and Healthcare Services, where they served as the Respiratory Care Manager. In 1998, they became an Enterprise Account Executive at Per-Se Technologies. TJ then moved to Kronos in 2005, where they served as a Healthcare Solution Consultant. TJ was later promoted to Solution Consultant at Kronos Inc in 2013. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Support at Conquer.
