Erick Li is a Finance student at Arizona State University, where they are also serving in multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of the Palo Verde & Manzanita Residential Council. Since starting their entrepreneurial journey at 15, when they founded a company selling Chinese products, Erick has continued to embrace innovation through various projects, such as the educational startup Special Snackese and an app aimed at reducing food waste. Fluent in seven languages, Erick has also taken on mentorship roles, notably as a Business Research Mentor at Forbes Student Research, while participating in prestigious fellowships and programs dedicated to civic leadership and sustainability. Currently, Erick actively seeks collaborators and investors to advance their diverse initiatives in business and consulting.
