Umer Saeed is a Senior Software Engineer at Conrad Labs, where Umer leads a team in developing new features, making architectural changes, and improving performance. Previously, at Punjab Information Technology Board, Umer served as a Principal Software Engineer, managing a Ruby on Rails team, handling requirement gathering, client communication, appraisals, and team growth.
