Sam Perera, CPA, CFE, CITP, CGMA, is a Partner at Conrad LLP since April 2014, specializing in audit services for Real Estate and Government clients. Prior to this, Sam held the position of Managing Director at CBIZ MHM, LLC from February 1999 to March 2014, where a comprehensive range of professional business services, including accounting, tax, and consulting, were offered. Concurrently, Sam was a Shareholder at Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. during the same period. Sam began a career as a Medicare Auditor at WellPoint from March 1998 to January 1999. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Northridge, attended between 1986 and 1988.
