Dave Palma

Dave Palma has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Dave currently holds the position of Chief Technologist Enterprise Networking at ConRes, starting in 2022. Prior to this, Dave had a long tenure at Cisco, where they held various roles, including Systems Architect - CCIE from 2019 to 2022, Systems Engineer - CCIE from 2016 to 2019, Solutions Architect - CCIE from 2012 to 2016, and Consulting Systems Engineer from 2010 to 2012. Dave also worked at Corvil as the Director of Systems Engineering from 2004 to 2005 and at Chubb Insurance as a Senior Network Engineer from 1993 to 2004.

Dave Palma obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Music from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in the years 1988 to 1992. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Clarkson University from 1992 to 1993.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Dave Palma has also obtained several certifications from Cisco. Dave became a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Routing & Switching (CCIE) in January 2004, a Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) in May 2001, and a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Storage Networking (CCIE) in July 2008. The institutions responsible for granting these certifications are Cisco.
