Vince Russo

Vince Russo has extensive experience in technology and leadership roles. Vince is currently serving as the Chief Technologist at ConRes since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the CTO at InCrowd, Inc from 2018 to 2020.

From 2015 to 2017, Russo held the position of Sr. Director Engineering, Operations and Platform Architecture at SeaChange International. Vince was responsible for overseeing operations and leading the development of a dynamic scaling, multi-tenant OTT video content management and delivery platform.

Before that, Russo was the Chief Technology Officer and Founder of Exosystem from 2014 to 2015. Vince also served as the Chief Architect at Telenav from 2011 to 2014, where they played a key role in architectural decision-making.

Russo's previous experiences include serving as the CTO at Goby from 2008 to 2011, where they were responsible for datacenter operations and leading the development team. Vince also worked as the CTO at Reprise Media from 2004 to 2007, building a corporate Internet Marketing Campaign Management platform.

Additionally, Russo worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Highland Capital Partners from 2002 to 2004, focusing on internet search and advertising, ecommerce, payment technologies, and enterprise software.

Vince also held the position of Chief Architect at Terra Lycos from 1998 to 2002, where they managed global responsibilities and technology vendor relationships. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Architect at NobleNet from 1996 to 1997, working on distributed middleware product development.

Vince Russo has an extensive education history in the field of Computer Science. Vince began their academic journey at the University of Dayton, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science & Physics from 1980 to 1984. Continuing their studies, Russo pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1984 to 1986. Vince furthered their education by completing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the same institution from 1986 to 1989.

In addition to their formal degree programs, Russo has also obtained various certifications related to cloud computing. Vince earned the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2021. Prior to that, in March 2020, they achieved the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification, also offered by AWS. These certifications demonstrate Russo's expertise and proficiency in cloud technologies and solutions.
