Alvin S. is an experienced M&E consultant and designer with a strong background in construction management and supervision. Since November 2019, Alvin has been self-employed, providing expertise in M&E consulting and construction management. Previous roles include serving as M&E manager and team leader in Vietnam and the Philippines from February 2011 to December 2014, and as M&E manager at BON Vietnam since October 2015, where responsibilities encompassed project supervision, design review, and quality control for significant projects like the MIPEC Riverside Towers in Hanoi.
