Amanda Stout, CPA, MBA, brings extensive experience in auditing and compliance, with notable roles at Northrop Grumman as a Senior Principal in SOX Compliance, where Amanda managed a company-wide SOX rationalization and developed training for Internal Audit. Prior positions include Senior Internal Auditor at E*TRADE, Senior Auditor at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, and Auditor at the GSA Office of Inspector General, where Amanda performed various audits, analyzed data for fraud indicators, and ensured compliance with federal standards. Amanda holds an MBA from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Shepherd University. Currently, Amanda is a Founding Member at SAS Consulting LLC and works as an independent contractor.
