Andy Gilmour

Andy Gilmour has extensive experience in corporate finance, having served as Senior Manager at Coopers and Lybrand from January 1985 to January 1991, and as a Partner at RSM from April 1991 to June 2018, where responsibilities included heading the Corporate Finance Division with a focus on valuations, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation support. Currently, Andy Gilmour is a Non-Executive Director at Central Desert Native Title Services Group, providing essential support to Indigenous land management programs, as well as a Financial Consultant offering valuation and transaction support services since July 2018. Andy Gilmour's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Geography from the University College of Wales and a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
