Andy Kerner is a retired CEO and CFO with extensive experience in finance and strategy roles across various industries. They began their career as a Planning Analyst at Exxon before holding numerous high-level positions, including Vice President and CFO at Snack Ventures Europe and Walkers Snack Foods, and President and CEO at Carolina Beverage Group. From 2009 to 2016, Andy served as an Operating Partner at SunTx Capital Partners and later took on the role of Executive Director at Affordable Housing Land Company. Currently, they are active as a Board Member and Advisor for The Lion Brewery and Illes Foods. Andy holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
