Bill Adamson is currently the Director at AdamSol SpA, where they focus on creating and delivering sustainable blasting-based productivity solutions. Bill has a wealth of experience in the industry, having served as the Senior Technical Manager at Austin Powder International from 2006 to 2011, and as the VP of Global Technical Services at Davey Bickford from 2012 to 2018. Prior to that, they were a Senior Technical Consultant and later the Manager for Latin America at Dyno Nobel from 1997 to 2006. Bill has been self-employed as a Blasting Technology Consultant since 2019 and is currently dedicated to a short-term contract with the Enaex Group. They hold a Master of Science in Rock Cutting Technology from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Curtin University, and are pursuing a PhD in Blasting Engineering at JKMRC.
