Carol Harris is an experienced Environmental Health Safety Specialist currently self-employed since December 2019. Previously, Carol served as an Occupational Safety and Health Officer for the Government of Barbados from January 2007 to February 2018 and worked as a Consultant with the St. Kitts Environment Department from 2002 to 2006. Carol holds an MSc in Natural Resource Management, Marine Biology, Environmental Law, and Project Management from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, completed in 2001.
