Cassendra A Munro

Cassendra A Munro, PhD, BS, RN, RNFA, CNOR, FAORN, FAAN, is a recognized expert in perioperative practices with over fifteen years of clinical research experience, primarily as a primary investigator. Munro holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University and currently serves as a Nurse Scientist at Stanford Health Care and a Perioperative Practice Expert at Munro Consulting. Previously, Munro held various leadership roles in healthcare organizations, including interim executive leader at B.E. Smith and perioperative educator at Saint John's Health Center, contributing significantly to patient satisfaction and nursing recognition initiatives. Associated with AORN, Munro is on the national ballot for the position of Secretary.
