Daryl Greenway, P.E., is a self-employed engineering consultant with extensive experience in civil engineering and management. Daryl served as a Program Manager and various senior roles at Gilbane Federal from 2010 to 2018, and previously held the position of Vice President at CH2M HILL from 1987 to 2005. Daryl was also the Fuels Business Line Director at ITSI, leading global operations for military liquid fuels infrastructure. Daryl earned a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University.
