Donna Jones

Program Project Manager

Donna Jones is a consultant in FEMA Public Assistance and an experienced NFIP and large loss property adjuster. Since 2002, they have worked as a catastrophic damages claims adjuster, handling daily and CAT claims for various types of properties while maintaining a current Public Trust Security Clearance. Additionally, they have been self-employed since 2016, managing the implementation of FEMA's new Public Assistance Program and Grants Portal. Previously, Donna served as a building contractor and construction project manager at DTE Contractors from 2005 to 2010, overseeing project design and ensuring compliance with various regulations. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies with a minor in Architectural History from the University of Texas and have further specialized in heavy construction project estimating and management from the University of Washington.
