Eddie Aviv is an experienced entrepreneur with a diverse background in business leadership and consulting. As the Founder and CEO of Flash Logistics and HFD Logistics, Eddie provided delivery and logistics solutions from 1998 to 2009. Between 2005 and 2009, Eddie also founded Flash Media LLC, which specialized in outdoor advertising and fleet vehicle wrapping. From 2009 to 2015, Eddie founded and operated Eddie's Cafe, which included four restaurant locations: Mccann Cafe, The Time Cafe, UPS Cafe, and Laboratorio Di Pasta. Currently, since 2016, Eddie works as a business consultant focusing on restaurants and cafes.
