Eric Grant is a proven Product Development Executive with extensive experience in engineering and program management across various industries. They have held senior roles at companies such as Johnson Electric, JAC Products, and SLPT Global Pump Group, where they led teams in implementing innovative product development processes and achieved significant operational improvements. Currently, as the Executive Director COE of VA/VE at Milacron, Eric formulates strategic visions for value analysis and design to value initiatives.
