Eric Jones graduated from the University of Colorado Denver in 2002 with a BS in Business Administration and Accounting. They served as a Bank Officer at FirstBank of Cherry Creek before transitioning to the US Peace Corps in 2005, where they worked in small enterprise development in Cameroon. After a traumatic brain injury, Eric became involved with Namlo International and various business development organizations. They earned their IMBA and MA in International Development from the University of Denver in 2010 and currently works as a Business Advisor while also mentoring and leading initiatives on economic and political issues.
