Larry Kent

Larry Kent is a consulting winemaker at Layne Family Wines, where they collaborate with proprietors to produce exceptional wines from North Coast vineyards. Since 2018, they have also worked as a self-employed consulting enologist/winemaker. Prior to these roles, they served as an assistant winemaker at Caldwell Vineyard from 2008 to 2017 and held positions as an enologist and quality manager at various companies, including ETS Laboratories and Inchcape Testing Services. Larry holds a degree in Ecology from the University of California, Davis and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
