Laura Noble has extensive experience in health care, particularly in supporting children and youth with special health care needs. Laura served as a Parent Advisor to Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs at Neighborhood Health Plan, where Laura developed a comprehensive care management program and assisted families in navigating complex health systems. Following this role, Laura advanced to Health Educator and Wellness Advisor, focusing on health and wellness strategies. As Project Director at the Federation for Children with Special Needs, Laura led initiatives to support families with children who have special health needs. Currently self-employed as a Care Manager/Support Broker, Laura manages care for clients with complex medical backgrounds. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on Health Policy and Disabilities from Suffolk University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Expressive Art Therapies, and a certificate in Leadership in the Education of Neurological and Related Disabilities.
