Leah Gidron

Leah Gidron is a Partner at EquitAbility Consulting, LLC, where they help employers and higher education institutions prevent discrimination and address complaints effectively. Previously, Leah served as an Attorney at Littler Mendelson and worked as a Labor & Employment Attorney at firms such as DLA Piper and Franczek Sullivan P.C. They also acted as Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity and Access at Northwestern University and have experience as a Freelance Private Chef. Leah continues their education with a JD at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law while holding a BA in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
