Leanne Astbury is a cognitive behavioural therapist who has been self-employed since 2018, developing effective methods to empower individuals in managing their own mental health and wellbeing. Previously, they served as Team Manager and Mental Health Lead at St Nicholas Catholic High School from 2007 to 2019, and completed a traineeship at Visyon Ltd from 2016 to 2017. Leanne holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from The University of Salford and a degree in Psychology and Sociology from Liverpool Hope University. Their mission is to facilitate transformative change in the lives of others through education and support.
