Linda Bartelt

Linda Bartelt is a Program Management Consultant with extensive experience in business and marketing leadership, having held pivotal roles at Kimberly Clark Corporation, the Center for Community Partnerships at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and Oshkosh Corporation. Prior to their current position, they served as Executive Director at Northeast Wisconsin Educational Resource Alliance from 2011 to 2019 and as Director at the Center for Community Partnerships from 2005 to 2008. Linda held multiple leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark between 2002 and 2005, including Vice President of the Corporate New Venture Team. Educated at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Linda earned a degree in Journalism and Communication Arts, followed by a Master of Business Administration and a Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, respectively.
