Mark Dale

Mark Dale is a Forensic Management Consultant currently self-employed after a distinguished 30-year career with the New York State Police, where they served as an Inspector in Charge of the laboratory system. They hold an MBA from the University at Albany and a BS in Biology from Florida State University. Previously, Mark was the Chief Operations Officer at the Center for Advance Forensics in North Carolina and managed forensic education and training at the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory. Additionally, Mark has held leadership positions at the Northeast Regional Forensics Institute and various police laboratories, while also contributing to forensic science publications and serving on prominent committees.
