Napoleon Avery is an Independent Consultant for Human Resources, leveraging over 33 years of experience in organizational assessment, planning, and human resources system development to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency. They have served as a Senior Advisor to the Government Executive SAGE Program since 2011 and worked previously with various federal and state agencies, including roles as Chief Human Capital Officer and Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer.
