Patrick Dwyer

Patrick Dwyer is an experienced professional in project management and owner representation, currently serving as the Owner Representative for a self-employed venture since September 2018. Prior to this role, Patrick Dwyer held the position of Director of Engineering at TIAA-CREF from May 1990 to January 2018, where responsibilities included evaluating and approving commercial real estate, energy, and infrastructure projects for equity purchase, as well as providing budget forecasts for asset management and valuation. Patrick Dwyer holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Manhattan College, a Bachelor of Arts in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management Services from Baruch College.
