Ricardo Major

Ricardo Major is a retired professional with extensive experience in public service and management. They began their career as a Code Enforcement Officer and Neighborhood Planner in the City of Hollywood from 1987 to 1997, later overseeing field operations as Assistant Director of Parks & Recreation and advancing to Strategic Planning Manager for the City of Miramar until 2014. From 1998 to 2000, Ricardo served as the Public Access Coordinator for the Broward County Clerk of Courts, where they trained users on a DOS-based system. Since 2018, they have worked as a Project & Personnel Manager Consultant, leveraging over 30 years of leadership experience. Ricardo is currently pursuing a degree in Public Administration at Nova Southeastern University.
