Richard Sack is an experienced independent consultant with a career spanning over four decades in the field of education and policy development. Beginning as an Assistant Professor in Education Policy Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Richard Sack transitioned to roles such as Research Associate at the International Institute for Educational Planning and Executive Secretary at ADEA, where management and development of educational policy networks were emphasized. Since becoming self-employed, Richard Sack has continued to provide consultancy services to notable organizations, including the World Bank, UNESCO, and UNICEF, focusing on international development and education reforms. Richard Sack holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in International Development Education & Sociology from Stanford University Graduate School of Education.
