From February 1989 to January 2007, Roy worked as a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer at DTR Industries Inc, focusing on document control, infrared testing, CNC programming, equipment work order implementation, and failure analysis. Following this, Roy served as an Electrician/Electrical Engineering Technician at Superior Forge & Steel from March 2008 to March 2018, responsible for maintaining manufacturing and test equipment.
