Ryan Porter

Ryan Porter, TCADC, currently serves as the Site Operations Manager at Transitions, Inc., where they oversee the health and safety of clients and staff in a residential treatment center for substance use disorders. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions in technical and operational leadership, including Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Windstream Hosted Solutions and Project Manager at AT&T Government Solutions. Their career began in the U.S. Naval Submarine Force, where they served as a Sonar Technician and Supervisor, managing personnel and operations in critical environments. Ryan is pursuing a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Southwest and has a diverse educational background, including degrees in Business Management and Liberal Arts.
