Simona Tcharaktchieva

Simona Tcharaktchieva has extensive experience in corporate communications and customer relations, having held various managerial roles in prominent organizations since 2001. At Orange as a Business Manager CRM and later as Corporate Communications Manager, Simona focused on sales support, customer relations evolution, and event management. Subsequently, in positions at Lidl Bulgaria and VIVACOM, Simona coordinated corporate social responsibility projects, developed sustainability reports, and managed internal and external communications strategies. Since July 2018, Simona has been self-employed as a Senior Corporate Communications and CSR Adviser, continuing to leverage expertise in strategic communication and social responsibility initiatives.
